1. General Terms and Acceptance

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abb77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abb77 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit card payments. 4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your payment method and your account verification status. abb77 reserves the right to revise these limits with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

abb77 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within 15 minutes of the request being submitted. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may vary. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review and may be delayed if KYC documentation is outstanding, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if the transaction triggers a fraud or security alert. abb77 does not charge its own fees for standard withdrawal transactions, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transfer charges.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. abb77 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

In such cases, abb77 will take reasonable steps to return any entry fees or deposits made specifically for that promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

All casino games offered on the abb77 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abb77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the Service if you are under 18 years of age;
• Opening or operating more than one abb77 account;
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using another person's account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any illegal financial transaction through the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abb77 staff or other players;
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the integrity of the abb77 platform or its infrastructure.

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where abb77 determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct, abb77 may take any or all of the following actions: issue a formal warning; suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; void all pending and settled bets; forfeit all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings; withhold funds pending investigation; and/or report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7.3 Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine abb77 transaction is considered fraudulent conduct. Where abb77 receives a chargeback notification in respect of a deposit that was legitimately used to place bets, abb77 reserves the right to suspend the account, void all associated bets, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through all available legal means.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your abb77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets must be settled and any active bonus wagering requirement must be disclosed to support so that the appropriate balance treatment can be applied. Verified withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to completed KYC verification.

8.2 Closure by abb77

abb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: there is a breach of these Terms; fraudulent or prohibited conduct is identified; a player requests self-exclusion; ongoing KYC requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable time; or abb77 determines in good faith that continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be prevented from logging in, making deposits, or placing bets. abb77 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that promotional communications are suppressed for self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. abb77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting [email protected].

8.5 Balance Upon Closure

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any genuine withdrawable balance (excluding voided bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations. abb77 will not be liable for any losses arising from an inability to complete a withdrawal where such inability results from the player's failure to provide required verification documents.
